  • Rent collections that are due on the contract date and immediate follow up with tenants if not on time, including posting notices when not paid according to the lease.
  • Monthly statements to Owners and yearly statements for tax purposes.
  • Property inspections (to include the HVAC) before occupancy, semi-annually while occupied and immediately after vacancy, as well as absentee owner inspections.
  • 24 hour 7 day a week maintenance service for regular or emergency situations that need immediate attention to ensure the condition of your investment.
  • Full time staff available for ‘potential tenant’ inquiries and non-emergency tenant calls on weekends or after hours.
  • FREE 1 hour of maintenance for labor for tenant issues during the calendar quarter.
